Meet our Owner, Ken Kinzer
In 1983, my journey in the laundry industry kicked off right here in Cobble Hill. Back then, it was all about providing top-notch care for our clients’ garments. In 1987, we took a significant step forward by establishing our very first dry cleaning plant right next door. During this time, I studied into the art of spot and stain removal at NCA-I in NYC, honing my skills for a year.
With a commitment to quality service and environmentally friendly garment care, we gradually built our business and reputation. The turning point came in 1999 when we were invited by the Two Trees family to open at the location in Dumbo. Thus, in 2000 we embarked on a new chapter by opening Dumbo’s inaugural dry cleaning service.
It was a leap of faith, fueled by the vision of the Two Trees family for the burgeoning neighborhood of Dumbo. Their foresight and belief in our endeavor catapulted us into a realm beyond imagination. Every day, stepping into this vibrant neighborhood fills me with excitement and gratitude. The opportunity to serve here has been a blessing, not just for me but for my entire family.
