Pablo is a talent— The tailoring he provides is not your average run of the mill dry cleaner caliber. He has masterfully fitted a Paul Smith suit, remade an intricate prom dress to fit my daughter’s petite dimensions and worked with vintage denim so as to exceed my high standards. I can’t say enough great things about Pablo and the team at Bridgestone Cleaners Dumbo location. Pablo’s work is absolutely EXCELLENT—he consistently delivers with precision, care, and an impressively quick turnaround. Whether I bring in high-end garments or more everyday pieces, I always know they’re in great hands. I trust him completely with my most delicate items, which speaks volumes. Having lived in NYC/Dumbo for 15 years, I’ve tried quite a few tailors/cleaners over the years, and no one compares even close to Pablo. He truly takes care of his customers and treats each item with the same level of detail and respect. The entire staff is also warm, professional, and timely. My clothes always come back looking flawless (better than I even imagined, honestly)—pressed, clean, and ready to wear. I had done research on the cleaning of a mohair blanket. Family heirloom. If not cleaned properly, it can be damaged or ruined. Bridgestone Dry Cleaners, did a beautiful job on the cleaning of the blanket, and a big thank you for putting it in a blanket bag for storage.

I’ve been a loyal Bridgestone customer since moving to Brooklyn five years ago as their quality is impeccable. I trust them with my most delicate and prized vintage pieces and I’m always impressed by their ability to remove tough stains and return my items looking brand new. They’re also incredibly reliable and timely, with a fantastic delivery team that makes sure my clothes are brought safely inside my home not just dropped at the door. Special shoutout to Michael, who always goes the extra mile :) And I have to give a huge thank you to Nina at the DUMBO location. She’s the definition of above-and-beyond service. When a recent delivery got mixed up and I had too much to carry, Nina personally called me an Uber to make sure I got my items home given the huge rush I was in.
